About TheAiThos: search work run by clinic owners
TheAiThos is a search and AI visibility studio for clinics. It is an Indian proprietorship based in Delhi, run by a clinic co-owner and his partner.
Who we are
Sahil Mehta is the founder. He co-owns Vrinda Fertility, an IVF clinic group with clinics in Ashok Vihar in Delhi, Sector 22 in Noida and Dehradun.
Subir works with Sahil on search and ads for clinics.
TheAiThos takes on SEO and AI-search visibility work for clinics and for other local businesses. Fertility clinics come first because we know that market from the inside. Healthcare practices come next, and other local businesses are welcome.
Why clinics
We run clinics, so the advice has to survive a clinic week. A page has to be correct enough for a doctor to sign. The Google profile has to match the door. A review invitation has to fit the front desk, and it has to follow the platform's rules.
It also means we can show our own numbers. TheVrinda Ashok Vihar AI visibility report is built from public Google Maps and review data collected on 22 October 2026. Every figure in it can be checked, and the neighboring clinics are anonymized in public.
Where we are
TheAiThos is based in Delhi, India. We work remotely and take on clinics outside India. The baseline does not change with the country: the same Maps grid, review pace and AI questions, run for your area.
We have no US case studies, client testimonials or awards to show yet. The Vrinda report is the proof we do have, and it is dated.
What we do not do
- We do not promise rankings or AI mentions.
- We do not buy reviews or links, and we do not gate reviews.
- We never handle patient records or patient data.
- We do not claim clients, awards or years in business that we do not have.
How an engagement runs is on the how it works page. What is included in each service is on the services page.
