Privacy policy
This page explains what TheAiThos collects when you visit this site or email us, and what we do with it.
Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller is TheAiThos, an Indian proprietorship at C-49B, First floor, Block C, Mahendru Enclave, Delhi 110033, India. For any question about this policy, emailgetshfts@gmail.com.
Analytics
We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool, to count page views. It does not set cookies and does not track you across other sites. The numbers we see are aggregated: which pages were viewed, and how many times. We do not sell personal data.
What we do not collect
This site has no account system, no comment form and no newsletter signup, so there is nothing to register for. We do not collect patient records or patient data, and we do not sell personal data.
Server logs
Our server keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for two reasons: security, and counting visits from search and AI crawlers.
Emails you send us
When you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply, and then for our business records. We do not sell personal data.
We never handle patient records or patient data. Please do not send patient information in an email to us.
Deletion requests
You can ask us to delete the emails you have sent and any log data that can be tied to you. Email getshfts@gmail.com with the subject line "Deletion request" and we will act on it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site collects data, we update this page and its date. The current version was published on 28 October 2026.
